With oven roasted sunflower seeds, rolled oats soaked in water, and whole wheat flour rich in bran, this bread has a rich, nutty flavor and a light and airy texture.
Sunflower seeds are a good source of essential fatty acids, protein, and vitamins E and B.
Oats are said to lower cholesterol levels in the blood and to be a rich source of vitamin E.

Delicious on its own, but with a generous layer of good butter, and a sprinkle of coarse sea salt, life is good.
