The Epi baguette is a regular baguette sliced to resemble a stalk of wheat in honor of the harvest. Our white baguette is made with 100% white flour and features a very crispy crust and a tender, supple crumb. We also bake a version with two types of whole wheat flour of different refinement levels, adding additional dietary fiber to this French classic.

Delicious with cheese or jam.
