These rolls are made with two types of whole wheat flour of different refinement levels, and do not contain sugar or oil. Their crispy crust is covered with a generous mixture of seeds, adding extra fiber and essential fatty acids to this already nutritious roll.

Recommended to accompany soups or salads, or to complement a healthy school lunch, they are also substantial enough to be eaten alone.
